Expecting AHD but only getting Composite?

Our AHD cameras come out of the box configured to output Composite (CVBS) to allow installers with test monitors to quickly align the camera. Once positioned correctly, you can set the camera to AHD output using the setting shortcuts below:

• For CVBS output, hold the OSD key left for 3 seconds
• For AHD output, hold the OSD key right for 3 seconds
• To toggle between PAL & NTSC, hold the OSD key down for 3 seconds

One extra note - Some DVRs don't respond very quickly to changes in the camera format. Once you make the CVBS/AHD change on the camera(s), please allow 10-15 seconds for the change to show on the DVR's monitor.
