Sometimes, changing ISPs might mean your local IP range changes (eg. from 192.168.1.XXX to 10.1.1.XXX) and this would cause remote viewing to stop working. Follow these steps to solve this issue.
If you have a DVR with Analog cameras connected to it
- Login to your DVR
- under network settings, enable DHCP, if it is not enabled
- restart your DVR
All the cameras should be live on your mobile app.
If you have a NVR with IP cameras connected to it
For NVRs you will need to make sure all cameras are on the same subnet as your network. The easiest method is re-adding all the cameras. Alternatively change the IP address on each camera manually via the network settings on each camera.
